Oh White Phantom

Make me a villain in your ballads

and you, the hero, the knight

in shining armor, loved by all

Make me a malevolent beast

and you, the beauty

who ran away, and ordered the mob herself

Make me the evil

and you the good

but we both know your credibility

Make me broken, oh broken glass

lest you remember

steel runs through my veins

Made you broken?

You were already in pieces

Refrain from blame

Made you anew

lest you remember

you were not made of steel

Then you

the hero, the knight

made me the villain in all your ballads

Roses

Red roses write ballads

through their thorns

And all those who surround these beauties

try to read their poems

yet mourn

Everybody knows their beauty

and approach them to indulge

in the red petals

yet ballads

through their thorns

send waves of sadness

Once roses finish their ballads

beauty will return

but when

will roses

no longer have thorns?
